SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a flow cytometry system for analysing biological particles. Disclosed flow cytometry system comprises measuring chamber (11), injector (12) configured to inject a biological particle flow to be analysed into measurement chamber (11), outlet device (13) installed for discharge of biological particles flow introduced into measurement chamber (11) outside the system of cytometry, a measuring unit configured to measure at least one optical property of the analysed biological particles. Measuring unit comprises radiating device (42) configured to emit a light beam in the direction of measurement chamber (11) capable of crossing a stream of biological particles, and at least one collecting device (43a) configured to collect light beams outputting from measurement chamber (11). Flow cytometry system comprises also holder (6), on which there is injection device (12), outlet device (13), radiating device (42) and at least one collecting device (43a).
EFFECT: technical result is providing a system of flow cytometry, having simple and cheap design, as well as high reliability of optical measurements.
