SUBSTANCE: position of fuel supply doser of thermal engine speed and load controller is set; current rate speed of thermal engine is measured and excitation current of traction alternator is changed. Voltage of traction alternator is regulated depending on operation mode of traction scheme of diesel-locomotive shunter and charging mode is set for traction accumulator battery. The signal proportional to changed voltage of traction alternator is multiplied by the signal proportional to measured current and the result is taken as measured power of asynchronous traction electric motor. Power of asynchronous traction electric motor is regulated depending on operating mode of traction scheme of diesel-locomotive shunter.
