FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of mixture, which consists of 1 ml of water suspension, prepared from nanosize powder of Al2O3 gamma-oxide with size of particles 7-10 nm and concentration 0.5-0.7 mg/ml, 0.20-0.25 mg of ascorbic acid, 0.00875-0.0175 mg Sn (II) and 2.5-4.0 mg. Further method includes freezing obtained solution at temperature of liquid nitrogen, placing in chamber of sublimator and lyophilic drying with specified parameters of lyophiliser: T=-50°C, vacuum 0.0015 Torr, for 20.5 hours, with following transfer into upper lyophilic chamber and drying for 5.5 h at temperature +15°C.
EFFECT: obtaining reagent stable in storage.
