Pasteurised milk is cooled to a given temperature and MnSO4, ZnSO4, KJ, CuSO4, FeSO4 and selexen are then added in a given ratio, followed by addition of bifidobacteria. The mixture is stirred and soured until a clot of given titratable acidity is obtained.
