SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biology and medicine, particularly, to lab analysis of erythrocytes. Object-plate is coated with adhesive substance, for example, lanthanum chloride. Note here that glasses are placed in vessel with 0.03% solution of lanthanum chloride for 60 minutes and dried at the room temperature for 60 minutes. Then, erythrocytes are analysed with the help of atomic power microscopy or scanning electron microscopy.

EFFECT: reliable adhesion of erythrocytes and their long preservation on object-glass.
