SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A device for measuring information about blood pressure by determining artery volume contains a cuff, a unit of pressure regulation in the cuff, a unit of determining pressure in the cuff, located in the preliminarily specified position of the cuff unit for determining a signal of the artery volume, a determining processor for determination of the control specified value on the basis of the signal of the artery volume, a unit for performing servo control of the blood regulation unit in such a way that the value of signal of the artery volume agreed with the control specified value, and a unit for determining rapid fluctuation of the signal of the artery volume at the initial stage during the period of servo control. Rapid fluctuation is determined when control deviation, representing a level of the signal of the artery volume, having the control specified value as a reference value, becomes larger than or equal to the preliminarily specified increase of reference deviation. The device also contains a regulating processor for regulation of a value of control of the pressure regulation unit by a unit of servo control in such a way as not to create excessive reaction when rapid fluctuation is determined.

EFFECT: application of the invention will make it possible to reduce excessive compression of measurement place.
