FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: method and system for transportation using magnetic support (100) are disclosed. In one of the terms of invention, load transfer device contains source (104) of magnetic flux and controller (225) made capable to control position of source (104) of magnetic flux relative to magnetised structure (220). The source (104) of magnetic flux contains the first upper part and the first lower part of opposite polarities. The mentioned first parts are horizontally spaced from the first side of magnetised structure (220). The source of magnetic flux also contains the second upper part and the second lower part of opposite polarities. The second parts are horizontally spaced from the second side of magnetised structure. The mentioned second part is opposite to the mentioned first part. The first and the second upper parts are magnetically pulled to upper part of magnetised structure, and the first and the second lower parts are magnetically pulled to lower part of magnetised structure.
EFFECT: creation for transport facility the support providing constantly acting forces for lowering friction during motion.
