SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics. A device contains a pneumatic system, a pressure sensor, a unit for the shoulder insertion, which contains a section of opening through which a user's shoulder is axially inserted from the front part of the said section, and the main unit, with which the unit for the shoulder insertion is connected. A surface for the elbow rest is provided on an upper surface of the main unit. An arm rest has a surface for the arm rest, provided from the back side of the surface for the elbow rest in such a way that the user's arm rests on the said surface. The arm rest contains means for determination of deflection, made with a possibility of determining deflection of the arm rest directed downward in a state, in which the user's arm rests on the rest. Information means are made with a possibility of informing the user of the fact that the directed downward deflection of the arm rest is determined, when the directed downward deflection of the arm rest is determined by means of deflection determination.

EFFECT: increased accuracy.
