FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to analysis of ice adhesion to various materials and can be used at production of deicing materials. Water freezing at analysed material surface is conducted inside fluoroplastic sleeve used as a carcass and allows to control and to distribute uniformly the load at pressure over the entire ice-material contact area. Load required to shear ice from analysed material surface is measured in climatic chamber of universal rupture-test machine under compression conditions.

EFFECT: precise measurement of ice adhesion.
