FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel method of obtaining keto ozonides, which have not been described earlier, of the general formula I: where R=H, Cl or Br, consisting in interaction of β,δ-triketones of the general formula II:
where R has values given above, with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of phosphoromolybdic acid as a catalyst in an acetonitrile medium at room temperature and a molar ratio β,δ-triketone II: phosphoromolybdic acid:hydrogen peroxide 1:(0.1-0.2):(1.5-2.0).
EFFECT: compounds can be of interest as initiators of radical polymer polymerisation, and in medicine and pharmacology as anti-parasitic agents.
