SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing substituted tricyclic organic monoperoxides of general formula (I), where R1=CH3; R2=CH3; R3=CH3, CH(CH3)2, CH(CH2)2; R4 = lower alkyl, CH2CH=CH2, n-NO2-C6H4CH2, which consists in the fact that the corresponding B,y'-triketones of general formula
are subjected to interaction with an ethereal solution of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of р-TsOH as a catalyst in an acetonitrile medium at a reduced temperature.
EFFECT: method for the preparation of new compounds of formula (I) in high yield is developed, which can be used in medicine as antiparasitic agents, as well as effective initiators of the polymerization of monomers.
