FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: automated rescue station comprises a housing with an entrance door, having a closed position locking mechanism, and a means located inside the housing for informing the duty operator on emergencies. The housing is a double-housing and consists of an external housing, made of material with high resistance to external mechanical action, and an internal housing, wherein the entrance door is made of the same material as the external housing. The inside of the internal housing is fitted with means for communicating with the duty operator via a link. One or more external surveillance cameras, which provide all-round surveillance of the area around the rescue station, are mounted on the external housing. From the inside, the entrance door is equipped with a locking means, which is connected by a communication channel to a control device for said means of communicating with the duty operator for automatic turn-on of said means of communicating with the duty operator and the external surveillance camera(s) when the door locking means is on.

EFFECT: creating safe conditions for a guest until the arrival of field agents with immediate automatic access to voice and video communication with a duty operator once the door is locked, and besides information on the guest, the duty operator is able to obtain objective information from surveillance means - video cameras and microphones inside the station and external video cameras, which enable to view the area around the rescue station.
