The bacterial strain Escherichia coli SGM1.0 [pPYC] possesses ackA, pta, poxB, ldhA, adhE and icIR inactivated genes. The bacterial strain Escherichia coli SGM2.0 [pPYC] possesses ackA, pta, poxB, ldhA, adhE inactivated genes and enhanced expression of aceE, aceF and lpdA genes. The bacterial strain Escherichia coli SGM2.1 [pPYC] possesses ackA, pta, poxB, ldhA, adhE, icIR inactivated genes and enhanced expression of aceE, aceF and lpdA genes. The bacterial strain Escherichia coli SGM3.0 [pPYC] possesses ackA, pta, poxB, ldhA, adhE, pflB inactivated genes and enhanced expression of aceE, aceF and lpdA genes.
