FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: composition of metallising paste contains components with the following ratio, wt %: molybdenum 78-80, manganese - 5, silicon oxide - 10-55, magnesium oxide - 5. Metallisation process includes preliminary thermal treatment of ceramics in the air under the temperature of 800-1200°C, application of paste onto the ceramics surface, metallisation firing-in under the temperature of 1340-1380°C in the hydrogen environment with dew point of +10-+20°C.
EFFECT: invention allows for the production of metallised products from aluminium nitride ceramics with increased adhesion of metallisation to the ceramics which are suitable for high temperature soldering in hydrogen environment.
