FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: talc is introduced into the paste for the aluminium nitride ceramics metallization composition including molybdenum and manganese at the following proportions of the components, wt % Mo 78-80, Mn 5, talc 15-17.
EFFECT: increase of metallization adhesion to ceramics, which allows high-temperature soldering of metallized ceramics in hydrogen environment.
