FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: before metallisation operations of aluminium nitride ceramics the ceramics are pre-treated thermally in an overheated water vapour at a temperature within the range of 400-600°C with the subsequent application of a metallisation paste on the surface of the ceramics by silk-screening and paste burning-in.
EFFECT: invention allows the high-efficient metallisation technique for aluminium nitride ceramics with the high resolution of a metallisation pattern.
