FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for manufacturing metal-ceramic products, in particular, to metallization of corundum ceramics, and can be used in radio electronic industry, vacuum engineering, electrical engineering and other fields of technology when soldering ceramics with metals. Claimed method consists in applying metallization coating to ceramic article in two layers containing molybdenum and manganese with various modifying additives of thickness of 35–40 mcm. First metallization layer contains molybdenum and manganese with addition of titanium hydride taken in ratio of wt. %: Mo 70–90; Mn 5–15; TiH2 5–15. Second metallization layer contains molybdenum and manganese with additions of silicon and molybdenum oxide taken in ratio, wt. %: Mo 66–77; Mn 14–21; Si 3–7; MoO3 3–6. Further, burning is carried out at temperature of 1,380–1,400 °C in hydrogen medium, and then nickel plating layer, thickness of which is no more than 3 mcm is plated. Nickel coating is roasted at temperature of 850 °C for 15 minutes in hydrogen medium.
EFFECT: such method of metallization provides high strength for detachment of metallization structure and high-quality soldering of highly corundum ceramics with metals.
