FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: application: in the area of electric engineering to deliver energy to space facilities in continuous mode. The system includes an electromagnetic emitter and a tracking antenna focused at the generated emission source, which are placed at the launcher, at that a generator generating 2-3mm electromagnetic emission of megawatt (0.5-1MW) serves as the electromagnetic emitter and a fast overturned adaptive radiating antenna is used as the system antenna, at that its control system forms a narrow beam of electromagnetic emission with Gaussian distribution of power density and ensuring continuous focusing of this beam at the space facility with angular movement speed not less than 0.01 rad/sec, at that the generator and antenna are installed at the launcher capable to lift the generator, the antenna with control system and power supply equipment to the altitude higher than the atmosphere fluctuation boundary.
EFFECT: expanding capabilities of power supply for space facilities.
