FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. Two versions of chewing gum are proposed. After chewing termination chewing gum generates a residue. According to the first version of the invention such residue is characterised by strain hardening parameter value below 0. According to the second version of the version the residue is characterised by strain hardening parameter value over 2.0.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce chewing gum that is easily removed from various surfaces after consumption.
