FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to a device for moulding a foam plastic plate from a thermoreactive polymer and to a method of manufacturing the foam plastic plate from the thermoreactive polymer. The technical result is achieved by the device for moulding the foam plastic plate from the thermoreactive phenol aldehyde polymer. The device represents a double conveyor, provided with a moving surface with holes. The foam plastic plate consists of a foamed polymer composition, enclosed between layers of an air-permeable and flexible facing material. The ratio of area of holes constitutes not less than 15% and not more than 80%.
EFFECT: increased rate of drying, an improvement of efficiency and stability of the foam plastic plate production.
