SUBSTANCE: in implementation versions, selection of an advertisement template for target advertisement and advertisement content to be added to the advertisement template can be decided at initiation by a user; besides, recipients' versions of selection for reception of target advertisement are provided. A programme network is generated, out of which there can be chosen a television programme and a time interval of advertisement for display of target advertisement for viewing. Acquisition of target advertisement to be delivered to recipients is confirmed, and it is displayed with possibility of view during the chosen television programme and time interval of advertisement.
EFFECT: improvement of quick action of creation and display of target advertisement on a user's device.
