FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for fresh and dried loco milling into 2-3 mm particles and ultrasonic treatment during 1 h, radiation frequency equal to 20-22 kHz, the extragent represented by 40±3°C water. Then one performs squeezing out and drying. The produced extract is dosaged and mixed with the other components of the blending syrup. Then one performs deaeration, saturation and dispensing. Prior to ultrasonic treatment, milled dried raw material may be soaked in water during 20±5 min.
EFFECT: improvement of organoleptic indices and biological value of the product manufactured based on natural raw materials.
