SUBSTANCE: synthetic oligonucleotide primers are proposed, complementary to parts of the variable segment 2 of the genome of the bluetongue virus of serotypes included in the nucleotype A (serotypes 4, 10, 11, 17, 20 and 24) to detect bluetongue virus RNA of nucleotype A having the following nucleotide composition (5'-3'): direct TATTGGCATAGRCAGTGG; reverse GTAAGYGTAAGAGGCCA. The primers enable to identify simultaneously 4, 10, 11, 17, 20 and 24 serotypes of bluetongue virus of nucleotype A by the method of RT-PCR.

EFFECT: acceleration of procedure of identifying different serotypes of bluetongue virus A in the sample.
