SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmosurgery. The device has a case with openings. At the end surface there is at least one opening and at least two vertical supports, which join the case with part of the concave surface of a triaxial ellipsoid, of the congruent inner surface of the eyeball. The concave side of the segment faces the case. The centre of the segment is in line with the longitudinal axis of the case, and the plane, which forms the ellipsoidal segment from the ellipsoidal surface, is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the case.

EFFECT: reduced injury of inner tissue of the eye.
