FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for irrigation comprises a hollow tube and consists of two portions. A first portion represents a continuous parabolic surface that is smoothly conjugated with a second portion in the form of a convex perforated surface having at least three holes in the form of a truncated cone with their longitudinal axes converge in focus of a parabolic surface. A diameter of a greater base of each hole makes 0.2-0.9 mm. The greater base is directed outwards the device. The device is arched congruent to an eyeball surface.
EFFECT: using the given invention enables providing the local irrigation by matching the irrigation flows originated from the irrigation holes into the pre-set region of eye tissues, reducing the injuries of tissues of the internal eye structures, and increasing the eyeball conservation.
