SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of ophthalmic surgery. Device for irrigation contains hollow cylindrical case and hollow open envelope. Hollow open envelope is made in form of three-axis ellipsoid of rotation, symmetric with respect to longitudinal symmetry axis. Butt end of one of ellipsoid poles is open and its edges are bent inside ellipsoid. External surface of hollow cylindrical case is connected with internal surface of three-axis ellipsoid, with three stops, installed perpendicularly to hollow cylindrical body. One of ends of hollow cylindrical case ends with perforated sphere. Center of sphere is placed in point of one of ellipsoid focuses. Second end of hollow cylindrical case is placed outside open envelope. Between hollow cylindrical case and internal surface of three-axis ellipsoid there is circular through gap. One of side surfaces of ellipsoid is provided with holes.

EFFECT: simultaneous reduction of endothelium cells and iris cell trauma, increase of organ-preservation and eyeball functions.
