SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A device for irrigation contains a hollow case and an external segment of an ellipsoid surface, facing with the concavity the case side and connected to it. In the first segment there are at least three openings, which are connected to the case, centres of which are placed at equal angular and radial distances from the longitudinal axis of the case symmetry. The device additionally contains the second segment of the ellipsoid surface, congruent to the internal surface of the eyeball. The second segment faces outside with the convexity. Both the segments have the same sign of curvature, are coaxial to each other and the longitudinal axis of the case symmetry and form a hollow open envelope, the internal cavity of which narrows from the centre to the periphery. Peripheral edges of the coating are made opened, forming a nozzle of the ellipsoidal shape, directed to the side, opposite to the external surface of the second segment.

EFFECT: application of the claimed invention will make it possible to reduce trauma to tissues of the internal eye structures, increase the organ preservation and the eyeball function.
