FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: coil is winded by wire, which is insulated during winding by spiral taping by glass-fibre coating earlier vacuum-saturated, on the mandrel with the above placed shell, from sheet fibre-glass plastic. A coil is placed horizontal in an evacuated chamber and isolated along the external cylindrical surface with fibre-glass tape, forming crimps protruding above end surfaces of the coil. Then one end plane is insulated by applying of the hot curing epoxide compound with filler. Through the coil an electrical current is passed for its heating. Then the compound is cured in the evacuated chamber at the pressure 0.1-0.3 bar with heating of the coil up to 160-220° C by passing through it of electrical current. Then the coil is turned with another end surface upwards and insulated by coating with hot curing epoxide compound with filler, heated by passing of an electrical current, then the curing is conducted, as it is described above, then the crimps protruding above end surfaces are cut.
EFFECT: improvement of coil insulation quality and operating reliability.
