SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital image processing means. In the method, frame by frame image processing is divided into a preparatory step and an image processing step, the preparatory step consisting of setting the image viewing scale, loading a first image, setting the rate of image capture, determining the image scale, setting the image exposure time, selecting an analysis mode, and the processing step consisting of image time referencing, determining object coordinates, calculating object motion parameters, loading the next image and stopping image processing. In the method, the sequence from time referencing to loading the next image is repeated up to the last image containing the analysed object. The processing sequence ends with stopping image processing.

EFFECT: high efficiency of image processing.
