SUBSTANCE: method comprises inoculation of the test material on the chromogenic synthetic medium containing L-proline, L-glutamic acid (L-sodium glutamate), L-arabinose, 5-aminosalicylic acid, sodium carbonate, NaCl, Na2SO4, KH2PO4, K2HPO4, MgSO4, microbiological agar, and distilled water in a predetermined ratio. The incubation is carried out aerobically at 35°C for 24-48 hours followed by identification of bacteria of the genus Klebsiella by the presence around the colonies or the lawn of bacteria of the zone of dark brown colour of nutrient medium.
EFFECT: invention enables to improve the commonality of the study on isolation and identification of bacteria of the genus Klebsiella.
