FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: plant for filling and sealing of capsules with granules from heatproof nickel alloys consists of a loading bunker, a vacuum chamber, inside of which there located are an electric heater and a feeder, and a forevacuum chamber, inside of which there located are a vibration mechanism and a vibration table for the capsule. The feeder is provided with deflectors in the form of flat plates from a gas-absorbing metal, installed at angle of slope to horizontal of 17-18°, at that the plates are designed with a possibility of vibration and heating by an independent heating source. The granules are heated uniformly and completely to the required temperature thus contributing to more complete removal of gases from their surface.

EFFECT: improving the quality of items owing to higher efficiency of the gas removal process.
