FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of filling sealed capsules with metal powder before compaction. Proposed method comprises feeding powder from hopper into capsule via loading branch pipe with funnel, vibrating powder, removing air from capsule and sealing capsule. Filling of capsule with powder and removal of air from it is carried out through one branch pipe by separation of their flows along separate paths, for this purpose, an air outlet tube is installed in the loading branch pipe; at that, its upper end is brought out from the loading branch pipe, and its lower end is installed flush with the loading branch pipe in the capsule cover.
EFFECT: higher tightness of capsules, lower labor input of manufacturing.
