FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: unit includes supporting devices (27, 28) for supporting of flat product (T) having at least one first side edge and the first positioning devices for positioning of the first drawn-out cardboard product at least in one supply position, in which the first cardboard product is located near the first side edge and parallel to the first side edge. Besides, the supporting devices include at least the first (27) and the second (28) supporting devices intended to receive at least one first working configuration, in which the first supporting device (27) supports flat product (T) and at least one second working configuration, in which the second supporting device (28) supports flat product (T). In the first working configuration the first supporting device (27) and the second supporting device (28) are located at some distance from the first side edge to leave free space for positioning of the first flap of the first cardboard product (14) folded and facing to the first front surface of flat product (T). In the second working configuration the second supporting device (28) supports flat product (T), thus pressing the first flap to the first front surface. The positioning device includes gripping devices to support the cardboard product in a working position, the first and the second pushers (12) intended for folding of the first and the second flaps of product (14), which is located in the working position. The first and the second flaps are located opposite each other, and the supporting devices are intended to support at least the first pushers with a possibility of adjustment of a gap between the first and the second pushers.
