SUBSTANCE: intraoral adjustable mandibular advancement device for preventing snoring and sleep apnoea consists of coupled strips or plates shaped after the patient's jaws. The device comprises a screw built in a polygonal cylindrical body a front of which has an upper movable ring, open or closed and narrowing to the centre, and used as a guide for an upper bar attached to the maxillary plate. An underbody comprises a longitudinal groove actuating the inner movable threaded ring connected to and transported by the screw and comprising the lower movable open or closed ring which has a perpendicular slot in the form of an elliptic cone, wherein a lower bar inserted to the mandibular plate is inserted. The above screw is fixed in the rear body, while the upper and lower rings enables transporting the device along the bars inserted into the upper and lower plates, which have opposite slide surfaces, respectively.

EFFECT: invention provides preventing the block of air circulation in the airway by mandibular advancement.
