FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes intraoral mandibural advancement appliance for insertion in patient's oral cavity (variants), refers to medicine and is intended for control of patient's lower jaw position relative to its upper jaw to support the airway to throat, through which the patient can breath during sleep. intraoral mandibural advancement appliance includes upper and lower tray and their position control unit. Upper tray has an arched shape, in which thrust against the upper jaw teeth of the patient. Bottom tray has an arched shape, in which thrust against the lower jaw teeth of the patient. Every top and bottom tray have front part and two lateral parts are located opposite each other and at a distance from each other. Position control unit is located in each part of a pair of side parts of one of the tray top and bottom tray. Fixing channel is located in each part of a pair of side parts of the other of the tray top and bottom tray. Each control position of the unit is arranged with possibility to slide in corresponding fixing channel, as a result, the lower tray is coupled in setting locking interaction with the upper tray to prevent displacement of lower tray relative to the upper tray. Bottom tray is sensitive to effect of lateral compression force, simultaneously applied to its opposite sides for temporary changing its shape and deformation of the lower tray for detachment of fixing interaction of the lower tray with the upper tray to enable sliding of each control position of the unit along the corresponding fixing channel and, thus, providing to a patient the possibility to adjust the position of the patient lower tray and lower jaws relative positions of the upper tray and the upper jaw of the patient.

EFFECT: invention allows provide regulation by the patient for a long time without the need to use special tools and springs.
