SUBSTANCE: device contains the housing and the screw conveyor, each of which has a deformation section between the coils of the screw conveyor. On the internal surface of the deformation section of the housing the protuberances are provisioned which are located uniformly along the circle with intervals between them and outside surface of the screw conveyor between its coils. On the external surface of the deformation section of the screw conveyor the protuberances are provisioned which are located uniformly along the circle and with intervals between them and inner surface of the housing. The sizes of protuberances in an axial direction and their arrangement are selected from the following condition. At location of protuberances of the housing and screw conveyor opposite to each other they form pairs of protuberances. Distance between the surfaces facing to each other of some pairs of protuberances equal to minimum allowable clearance, and the other pairs of protuberances - not less than half of the height of the screw conveyor coil. In the second and third versions of the device a line of protuberances o the screw conveyor is located between two lines of protuberances of the housing, and a line of protuberances of the housing is located between two lines of protuberances of the screw conveyor.
EFFECT: obtaining of blanks and products with homogeneous structure.
