SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for producing long rod products. The effect is achieved by a device for producing long-length rod products from discrete or plasticized materials, which contains deforming, forming and calibrating elements connected in series coaxially with each other with a deforming channel with a profiled surface, forming and calibrating channels. In this case, the deforming element has a group of helical protrusions located with equal circumferential pitch on the surface of the deforming channel. Moreover, the angle of elevation of the helical protrusions is not less than 45°, and the total height of the helical protrusions in any cross section of the deforming element does not exceed 1/2 of the diameter of the deforming channel.
EFFECT: increasing the uniformity of properties and reducing the level of anisotropy of the material of the product.
