FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, instrument making and machine building and can be used for production of devices with nano-disperse magnetic fluid. Proposed method comprises processing of magnetically conductive part surfaces in contact with nano-disperse magnetic fluid by mechanical or galvanic means to decrease the height and spacing of rough surface irregularities. Said magnetically conductive part surfaces in contact with nano-disperse magnetic fluid are additionally subjected to surface plastic strain to induce magnetic field in the device to feed nano-disperse fluid therein.
EFFECT: simplified process, better manufacturability.
