FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in processing surface of magnet-conducting parts of magnet-liquid device contacting nano-dispersed magnetic liquid by mechanic or galvanic method to reduce height and roughness asperity spacing, in application of protective layer out of non-magnetic material of thickness Δ=n×Rz, where n≥0.3 is coefficient of proportionality, while Rz, mcm is roughness height of profile of rough surface, whereto non-magnetic coating is applied; further, magnetic field is generated in device and there is introduced nano-dispersed magnetic liquid.
EFFECT: elimination of negative effect of near surface re-distribution of magnetic field strength onto magnetic liquid and increased reliability and resource of known magnetic-liquid devices.
