SUBSTANCE: analytic device includes substrate, which has one zone for sample addition, one drain, one path for stream flowing, connecting zone for sample addition and one drain. Path for stream flowing includes projections, in fact vertical with respect to substrate surface. Device includes two successively located reaction zones. Each reaction zone is intended for facilitation of measuring response signal, emerging from one and the same analyte. Two zones for reaction are located in such a way as to make calculation of one analyte concentration possible.
EFFECT: invention provides possibility of calculating more accurate value.
