FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrument making and may be used for in-situ calibration of a thermometer. The device comprises a sensor (S) of temperature for determination of temperature (T). There is a reference element (K) for calibration of the temperature sensor (S), which at least partially comprises a ferroelectric material (D), which in the relevant temperature interval for calibration of the temperature sensor (S) goes through phase transition at least at one specified temperature (Tph). The ferroelectric material (D) is made in the form of a substrate for the temperature sensor (S).
EFFECT: increased accuracy of calibration.
