SUBSTANCE: transformant with gene ldh, encoding lactate dehydrogenase from Lactobacillus acidophilus or an enzyme with amino acid sequence homologous to it by at least 93% are proposed. Also a transformant with gene ldh, encoding lactate dehydrogenase from Lactobacillus acidophilus or an enzyme with amino acid sequence homologous to it by at least 93% are proposed, wherein one or several genes encoding enzymes involved in the ethanol biosynthesis pathway are deleted or inactivated. A transformant with gene ldh, encoding lactate dehydrogenase from Lactobacillus acidophilus or an enzyme with amino acid sequence homologous to it by at least 93% are proposed together with gene ldh encoding lactate dehydrogenase from Lactobacillus plantarum or Lactobacillus pentosus. A transformant with gene ldh, encoding lactate dehydrogenase from Lactobacillus acidophilus or an enzyme with amino acid sequence homologous to it by at least 93% are proposed together with gene ldh encoding lactate dehydrogenase from Lactobacillus plantarum or Lactobacillus pentosus,wherein one or several genes encoding enzymes involved in the ethanol biosynthesis pathway are deleted or inactivated. Also, versions of the preparation method for these transformants and the method for microbial synthesis of lactic acid are proposed.
