SUBSTANCE: device relates to quantum electronics. An ultrashort pulse all-fibre laser comprises a pumping laser, a module for inputting radiation of the pumping laser into fibre, rare-earth element-doped fibre, a splitter, polarisation controllers, fibre polarisers with mutually perpendicular polarisation directions, an acoustooptic modulator placed directly on the optical fibre between the fibre polarisers; the frequency of the acoustooptic modulator is equal to the natural frequency of the annular fibre resonator.
EFFECT: high mode synchronisation efficiency.
