FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: fibre laser with ultrashort pulse length comprises a pumping laser, in-series input module of the pumping laser to fibre, fibre doped with a rare earth element, a splitter, a polarization controller, a fibre polarizer, a polarization controller, and a isolator formed as a ring resonator and fixed at the fibre holder. At that fibre is fixed at the fibre holder so that at radiation pulse propagation through the fibre in each turn phase shift of polarization components in the optic pulse field in regard to two mutually perpendicular axes is compensated.
EFFECT: simplifying the design and increasing compact size of the laser.
