FIELD: layer-by-layer synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for layer-by-layer synthesis of a wire product made of a nickel-based alloy, and can find application in various fields of mechanical and aircraft engineering, as well as the rocket and space industry. The product is grown by layer-by-layer surfacing of a metal material with layer-by-layer periodic plastic deformation of the grown layer by static-pulse wave deformation treatment and mechanical subtractive treatment. Plastic deformation by static-pulse wave deformation of the grown layer of a metal material product is carried out at a temperature of 200 to 600°C.
EFFECT: creation of a dense fine-grained structure and high hardness over the entire thickness of the deposited metal material is achieved.
