FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. Various versions of the capsulorrhexis device involve a resistance element comprising electrically resistance, hyperelastic wire looped between the first and second ends of the hyperelastic wire. The loop can be retracted into the contracted, deflected position or retracted into the open position. The first and second loop ends can extend at least partially at an angle from a looped plane to a non-conductive section to form an adapter bridge between the loop and the non-conductive section. The adapter bridge can have a gap between the first and second ends on the non-conductive section, which is wider than the gap the first and second ends on the opposite side of the adapter bridge. The gap in the loop of the hyperelastic wire can be adequately small to enable the loop forming a continuous incision in an eye capsule.
EFFECT: using the given group of inventions provides the complete and safe capsulotomy.
