FIELD: physics, photography.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrophotographic light-sensitive element. The element includes a substrate (101), a binding sublayer (102) formed on the substrate, and a light-sensitive layer (103), formed on the binding sublayer. The binding sublayer includes metal oxide particles and a compound of formula (1) , where each of the radicals R1-R10 is independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group, an alkoxyl group or an amino group, at least three of the radicals R1-R10 are hydroxyl groups and X1 is a carbonyl group or a dicarbonyl group. Content of the compound of formula (1) in the binding sublayer is not less than 0.05 wt % and not more than 4 wt % relative to the total weight of the metal oxide particles in the binding sublayer. The invention also discloses a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device.
EFFECT: invention prevents deterioration of image quality caused by the double image phenomenon.
