FIELD: physics, image processing.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of invention relates to an electrophotographic photosensitive element, a cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the said electrophotographic photosensitive element. The electrophotographic photosensitive element has a substrate and a photosensitive layer. The photosensitive element has a surface with several independent depressed zones, each having diametre on the larger axis ranging from 0.1 mcm to 10 mcm, diametre on the smaller axis ranging from 0.1 mcm to 10 cmm and distance from the deepest part to the inlet opening from 0.1 mcm to 10 mcm; the surface is divided into 5 equal areas in the direction of rotation, which are then divided into 25 equal areas in the direction which is at right angles to the direction of rotation to obtain 100 areas A, and in each of the said areas there are square areas B each having a side of 50 mcm and one side parallel the direction of rotation, and each of the B areas is divided into equal 500 zones by 499 straight lines parallel the direction of rotation; 400 to 499 lines of the 499 straight lines pass through the depressed zones in each of B areas. The said photosensitive element is a component of the cartridge and electrophotographic device.
EFFECT: avoiding formation of scratches on the surface of the element, with size which gives rise to low-quality images, possibility of obtaining good images for a long period of time without improving mechanical strength.
