SUBSTANCE: electrophotographic light-sensitive element has a substrate on which there is a light-sensitive layer. The electrophotographic light-sensitive element has a surface on which there are several independent depressed areas, an in which the diametre of each of the depressed areas on the longer axis has value Rpc, and the depth, which shows the distance between the deepest part of each depressed area and its opening, has value Rdv. The average depth of the depressed areas (Rdv-A) is between 3.0 mcm and 10.0 mcm, wherein the ratio of depth to the diametre on the longer axis of each depressed part, i.e. Rdv/Rpc is between 1.0 and 7.0.

EFFECT: high efficiency of cleaning the electrophotographic light-sensitive element, having high capability of reproducing images for a long time.
