FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises the formation on a substrate product surface by pre-heating of compressed air to the temperature 400-500°C, its feeding into a supersonic nozzle, formation in it of high-speed air flow, adding into this flow of powder material from aluminium and copper oxides in equal shares and application of powder coating on a substrate until formation of the substrate layer thickness 0.3-0.4 mm, and also application of coating by pre-heating of compressed air to the temperature 400-500°C, its feeding into the supersonic nozzle, formation in it a high-speed air flow, feeding into this flow of powder material from aluminium and nickel oxide in equal shares and application of the powder coating with the thickness 0.2-0.3 mm.

EFFECT: method allows to increase low-carbonaceous steel resistance to destruction of corrosive medium more than 10 times and thus increase service life of products.
